Privacy Policy
What BlinkPop collects, why, who processes it, and how to delete it.
Last updated: 2026-10-22
BlinkPop (blinkpop.video) is operated by WEBWISE SOLUTIONS LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use BlinkPop, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Questions go to support@blinkpop.video.
What we collect
- Account details. Your email address, name and profile picture when you sign up with email or Google.
- Photos you upload. The photos you choose to turn into a video, and any options you pick (sound, topic, language).
- Videos we make for you. The generated videos and the intermediate images used to make them.
- Purchases. Which credit pack you bought, the amount and the payment status. Card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- Usage and device data. Pages visited, effects used, credits spent, IP address, browser and device type, used to run the service, prevent abuse and fix problems.
- Messages to support. What you write to us and our replies.
How we use it
- To make your videos and deliver them to you.
- To run your account, credits and purchases, and send receipts and service notices.
- To check uploaded photos against our Content Policy and stop abuse and fraud.
- To understand which effects people use and improve the service.
- To meet legal obligations and answer valid legal requests.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your photos or videos to train AI models.
Who processes your data
We use a small number of service providers, each only for the job below:
- Cloudflare: hosting, database and file storage.
- KIE.ai and SeeAPI: running the AI models that create your video, and checking photos for prohibited content.
- Stripe: payments and invoices.
- Google: Sign in with Google, only if you choose it.
- Privacy-friendly analytics: counting page views without advertising cookies.
Your photo is sent to the AI provider only to make the video you asked for. These providers may be located outside your country, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
- Account data, uploaded photos and generated videos are kept while your account is open, so you can download your videos again.
- You can ask us to delete specific videos or photos, or your whole account, at any time by emailing support@blinkpop.video from your account email. We delete them within 30 days.
- Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting laws require, even after your account is deleted.
Cookies
We use cookies that are needed to keep you signed in, remember your language and remember your cookie choice. Where required, we ask before setting any optional cookies, and you can change your choice from the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and object to or restrict some uses. Email support@blinkpop.video and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
BlinkPop is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children, and photos of minors are not allowed. If you believe a child has used BlinkPop, contact us and we will delete the data.
Security
Data is sent over HTTPS and stored with access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and tell us if you notice anything suspicious.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for important changes, tell signed-in users on the site or by email.
