Content Policy & DMCA

What you can upload to BlinkPop, and how to report misuse or copyright infringement.

Last updated: 2026-10-22

BlinkPop is for fun, consensual videos. This policy applies to every photo you upload and every video you make. Breaking it can get a photo refused, a video blocked, or an account closed without refund.

Only upload photos you have the right to use

  • Photos of yourself, or of people who have agreed to be in your video.
  • Never photos of someone who has not agreed, of strangers, or taken from someone else's social media without permission.
  • Never photos of anyone under 18.

Not allowed

  • Nudity, sexual content or anything sexualizing a real person.
  • Content involving minors in any way.
  • Videos meant to harass, bully, shame, threaten or impersonate someone.
  • Fake videos of real public figures, or anything designed to mislead people about real events, elections or emergencies.
  • Hate, violence, self-harm, or content that promotes illegal activity.
  • Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or privacy or publicity rights.

We check uploaded photos automatically before a video is made. A photo that fails the check is refused and no credits are charged.

Sharing responsibly

When you post a BlinkPop video, follow the rules of the platform you post to. Many platforms ask you to label realistic AI-generated content; please do.

Report a video or misuse

If someone made a video of you without consent, or you see content that breaks this policy, email support@blinkpop.video with the subject "Report" and a link or description. We review reports quickly and remove content that breaks this policy.

Copyright and takedown requests

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). To report infringement, email support@blinkpop.video with the subject "DMCA notice" and include:

  1. Your name, address, phone number and email.
  2. The copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
  3. The content on BlinkPop you want removed, with enough detail for us to find it.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal courts in your district. We close the accounts of repeat infringers.
